Job Description:

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Masters degree or MBA preferred, especially with a focus on Operations or Strategy

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain consulting or operations
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end supply chain transformation projects
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, retail, or distribution sectors
  • Familiarity with global supply chain networks and regulatory environments

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic supply chain initiatives for clients, including network optimization, inventory planning, and demand forecasting
  • Analyze current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement using data-driven methodologies
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business goals
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and analysts
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports to executive leadership
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI
  • Expertise in supply chain software such as SAP, Oracle, JDA, or Kinaxis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Deep understanding of logistics, procurement, production planning, and inventory control

Nice-to-Have Skills & Certifications

  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
  • Experience with AI/ML applications in supply chain optimization
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and ESG compliance in supply chains
  • Knowledge of digital twin technology or blockchain in logistics
  • Multilingual capabilities for global client engagement
