What are we looking for?

We are looking for smart, self-driven, high-energy people with top notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and passion for Supply Chain Management particularly in Life Sciences. Our consultants have a blend of in-depth domain expertise in one or more areas of Life sciences, strong business consulting skills and excellent soft skills.

What do we require?

• Overall experience of 7–15 years, with at least 8+ years of post-MBA consulting experience in SCM projects for Life Sciences and Healthcare clients.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end Supply Chain and Manufacturing Digital Transformation engagements for Life Sciences clients.
• Hands-on implementation experience in one or more Digital Supply Chain solutions such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, o9, E2Open, or OMP.
• Exposure to Pharmaceutical R&D Supply Chain processes (Clinical Trial Supply Chain, Cell & Gene Therapy, Electronic Batch Release, Packaging & Labeling) is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of SCM pillars – Plan, Make, Source, Deliver, and Return – and ability to apply them in transformation programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SCM functions, covering both IT and business perspectives.
• Strong foundation in statistical, analytical, and optimization methods, with ability to apply these for solving complex supply chain challenges.
• Proficiency in data science and advanced analytics techniques to generate actionable insights for supply chain decision-making.
• Experience in developing proposals, tools, and accelerators for SCM-related services and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to engage senior business and technology leaders, influence decisions, and drive strategic conversations on AI and digital supply chain.
• Expertise in two or more digital transformation areas: Procurement, Integrated Planning, Network Design, Manufacturing Strategy, Logistics.
• Strong business development acumen, including managing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and acting as pursuit manager for key deals.

What will you do?

At Infosys Consulting, you will:

• Be responsible for the delivery of business results to leading pharmaceutical, medical devices and pharmaceutical distributors.
• Serve as a project lead/track lead on SCM consulting engagements for clients.
• Execute consulting engagements in a global delivery model, working with consultants across regions- being part of a team of high performing consultants.
• Manage counselees, mentor Analysts, Consultants, Sr Consultants.
• Lead client workshops to collaborate with client employees and educate them throughout the process.
• Contributing to the profile and reputation of Infosys Consulting by driving firm building initiatives, new capability and offering development initiatives, authoring thought leadership articles and whitepapers.
• Participate in a variety of Firm building events.
