Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing operational policies, managing logistics, and ensuring efficient supply chain management. The role involves coordinating with various departments to streamline processes, handling client relations, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. The Operations Manager will also ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain management, logistics, and operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the logistics or supply chain sector
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
