This role is integral to the success of the
India Talent Supply Chain organization
, enabling the business to deliver on its growth and operational commitments. The Director will ensure seamless alignment between internal supply and external hiring, driving agility, efficiency, and readiness across the India talent ecosystem.

Role Overview

The
Director – Talent Supply Chain
will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end workforce fulfillment for India. The role combines responsibility for
talent supply chain management
and
talent acquisition
to ensure the business has the right skills, at the right time, and at the right cost. This position partners closely with delivery, HR, and COE teams to align workforce plans with business priorities, optimize internal talent deployment, and strengthen external hiring capabilities across technology and domain skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Demand & Supply Management

  • Partner with business and delivery teams to forecast workforce demand across skill families and geographies.
  • Develop and execute supply strategies balancing internal availability, reskilling, and external hiring.
  • Leverage workforce analytics to enhance predictability, monitor supply-demand gaps, and enable proactive readiness.

2. Fulfillment & Workforce Optimization

  • Ensure high fulfillment rates through efficient utilization of internal pools, bench management, and cross-skilling initiatives.
  • Drive internal redeployment and skill-based allocation before triggering external sourcing.
  • Continuously improve fulfillment SLAs, time-to-fulfill, and cost-efficiency through process excellence and digital tools.

3. Talent Acquisition

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end talent acquisition .
  • Define and execute hiring strategies for lateral, niche, leadership, and campus requirements in alignment with demand forecasts.
  • Strengthen sourcing channels, employer brand presence, and referral programs to drive quality and speed of hiring.
  • Partner with delivery and HR to ensure alignment on skill priorities, diversity goals, and location mix.

4. Strategic Initiatives & Governance

  • Support in workforce strategy execution, planning reviews, and governance forums with delivery and HR leadership.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to align upskilling/reskilling with future skill demand.
  • Drive adoption of AI/analytics platforms for predictive workforce insights and digital enablement of TSC and TA processes.

5. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the key liaison between delivery leadership, HR, and talent supply teams for India operations.
  • Present key talent metrics, trends, and insights to business stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in Talent Supply Chain, Workforce Planning, and Talent Acquisition
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale fulfillment operations and high-volume hiring portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of technology skills, delivery models, and workforce optimization frameworks.
  • Expertise in demand forecasting, data-driven decision making, and use of HR tech platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
