Role: Regional Manager (Admissions) - B2B/B2C

Location: Noida

Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Manager/Senior Manager(B2C & B2B) to lead and scale our counselling function while also driving partnerships with universities, corporates, and channel partners. The role involves building high-performing counselling teams, optimizing conversions, and expanding B2B collaborations to support organizational enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor counselling teams to achieve B2C enrollment targets while ensuring exceptional student engagement and experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive both direct student admissions (B2C) and institutional/corporate partnerships (B2B).
  • Establish and manage relationships with universities, corporates, and educational partners to generate referral pipelines and joint enrollment opportunities.
  • Oversee lead management across B2C and B2B channels, ensuring effective allocation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Design and execute team capability-building initiatives, performance reviews, and succession planning for counselling leadership.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex admissions, compliance, or fee-related matters, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Track, analyze, and report team and partnership performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, academic, and operations teams to align on student acquisition and partnership strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving demands in both B2C and B2B landscapes, integrating insights into counselling practices.
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity across both counselling and partnership functions.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Student Counselling/Admissions or Education Sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing large teams and delivering enrollment growth in both B2C and B2B environments.
  • Strong experience in partnership management with universities, corporates, or channel partners.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
