We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain high-quality service in our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). The ideal candidate should have prior experience in QSR management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and morale.
Customer Experience: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure excellent service delivery.
