Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing lead generation activities, coordinating sales-related agreements, and compiling critical reports. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the sales department, helping drive customer acquisition, and enhancing client relations by working closely with the team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling:
- Proactively conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate interest in the company's products or services.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
- Document interactions in CRM and follow up on leads as necessary.
2. Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, online databases, and networking events.
- Support the sales team by setting up introductory meetings with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update lead records in the CRM to track conversion rates and progress.
3. Report Compilation:
- Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, including metrics like leads generated, conversion rates, sales forecasts, and pipeline status.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Present reports to the sales management team and suggest actionable insights for enhancing sales performance.
4. Commercial Agreements:
- Prepare, review, and update commercial agreements in collaboration with the sales and legal teams.
- Ensure that all agreements are compliant with company policies and standards.
- Address client concerns related to commercial terms and obtain necessary approvals for custom agreements.
5. Service Level Agreements (SLA):
- Draft and maintain SLAs to ensure a clear understanding of service expectations between the company and clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to SLAs and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in negotiations around service levels and response times to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Assisting the Team with Commercial Agreements:
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare, review, and finalize commercial agreements with clients.
- Ensure that all team members are informed of any special terms, client requirements, or pricing adjustments within agreements.
- Act as a point of contact for any internal queries regarding commercial agreements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or sales support roles.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset for compiling reports and interpreting sales data.
