One of our large clients is hiring passionate and energetic individuals to join their International Contact Center US Healthcare team. This role involves engaging with US-based customers, delivering exceptional service, and resolving queries with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from US members with care and precision.
  • Resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through first-call resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (any discipline).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Contact Center.
  • Excellent English communication skills (CEFR B2/C1 level; Versant 62+).
  • Willingness to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
  • Candidates must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
