
International Customer Care Executive

One of our large clients is hiring passionate and energetic individuals to join their International Contact Center US Healthcare team. This role involves engaging with US-based customers, delivering exceptional service, and resolving queries with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from US members with care and precision.
- Resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through first-call resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (any discipline).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Contact Center.
- Excellent English communication skills (CEFR B2/C1 level; Versant 62+).
- Willingness to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Candidates must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
