Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Customer Care Executive located in Bengaluru. The Customer Care Executive will assist in handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, updating customer records, and working closely with the team to improve service delivery. The intern will also help in gathering customer feedback to enhance overall satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage customer inquiries and issues
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Previous experience in customer service roles is beneficial
