Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or support roles and possess excellent communication skills to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and respond to emails/chat in a professional manner.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a customer care or support role.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to stay calm and handle difficult situations professionally.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools or call center software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Additional Details:
- Location: Bangalore (on-site position)
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
