We're expanding our production leadership team and are looking for
experienced Line Producers
to lead our
front-end departments
:
Modeling, Lookdev, Rigging, Layout, Matte Painting, and Animation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    planning, bidding, scheduling, and day-to-day delivery
    across front-end teams.
  • Build crewing plans, align delivery milestones, and track
    scope, cost, and schedule
    .
  • Collaborate closely with HODs, Editorial, and Production for seamless storytelling.
  • Orchestrate dailies, handoffs, and reviews to ensure pipeline flow from assets/layout to animation.
  • Champion
    clear communication, risk management, and delivery excellence
    across Mumbai and Bengaluru studios.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a
    Line Producer/Producer
    in
    Animation or VFX
    , with strong
    front-end department exposure
    .
  • Proficiency with
    production tracking tools
    (ShotGrid or similar), reporting, and change management.
  • Strong leadership with a
    calm, people-first approach
    .
  • Excellent skills in
    vendor/client coordination
    and proactive problem-solving.
