We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Intern to support our production team. The intern will primarily assist the Line Producer in handling logistics, coordinating with agencies and authorities, and ensuring smooth execution of production activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn the nuances of production management and gain hands-on experience in video production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Line Producer with day-to-day production logistics and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and service providers for production requirements.
  • Support in obtaining permissions and liaising with local authorities for shoots.
  • Maintain production documents, call sheets, and logistical trackers.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the production team and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in on-ground coordination during shoots (crew arrangements, equipment movement, transport, etc.).
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as follow-ups, documentation, and expense tracking.

Requirements

  • Available to Join Immediately
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic schedules.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Passion for films, media, and production management.
  • Marathi Speaking Candidates Preferred
