Role Overview

As a Production Intern, you will assist the production team in coordinating, planning, and executing creative campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how creative ideas turn into real-world campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end campaign production across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Support project managers in coordinating with vendors, creatives, and clients.
  • Handle logistics for shoots, events, and content production.
  • Maintain production schedules, ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Research and source production materials, talent, and locations as needed.
  • Document processes, create reports, and update trackers.
  • Provide on-ground support during shoots, events, and campaign rollouts.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Passion for marketing, advertising, and production.
  • Basic knowledge of production processes (digital or offline) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
