Role Overview

As a Line Producer at ReelSaga, you will be the backbone of our production operations. From sourcing locations to managing budgets and leading on-ground execution, you'll ensure each shoot runs like clockwork — delivering cinematic quality at breakneck speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee the end-to-end production of shoots and shows
  • Build, negotiate with, and manage a strong network of crew, vendors, and talent
  • Scout and finalize locations aligned with creative and budget needs
  • Create and monitor detailed production budgets, schedules, and call sheets
  • Manage on-ground execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Coordinate with creative, post-production, and operations teams for seamless workflows

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience as a Line Producer in film, TV, or digital content
  • Deep network within the film and television industry
  • Strong negotiation, multitasking, and crisis-management skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and logistics for fast-paced shoots
  • Passion for storytelling and high attention to detail
