Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Battery Pack Assembly Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling battery packs for various applications, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards are met. You will work closely with the pack assembly team to produce battery packs according to customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Assembly Process Support

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining battery pack assembly lines, tools, and fixtures.
  • Interpret and follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support hands-on assembly activities including cell preparation, module stacking, interconnection welding (ultrasonic, laser), and pack enclosure.
  • Assist technicians in resolving technical issues on the line.
  • Assemble battery packs following detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
  • Inspect and test battery cells and components during assembly to ensure quality and conformance to specifications.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the assembly process in coordination with senior engineers and technicians.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with 5S principles.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
