Role description

Responsible for 24x7 monitoring and first-level incident response across the IT environment, including cloud, server, network, and security infrastructure.

Hands-on expertise in operating NOC, SOC, and ROC functions to ensure proactive detection, triage, and escalation of incidents impacting service availability, performance, or security.

Utilize monitoring and security tools such as Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, and other platforms to:

  • Track system health
  • Analyze log events
  • Monitor performance metrics
  • Identify security threats
  • Perform real-time monitoring, incident correlation, and initial troubleshooting.
  • Follow and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for incident management.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate resolver groups as needed.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure operations, ITIL processes, and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with global support teams.
  • Focus on maintaining SLA compliance and ensuring zero business disruption
