
Field Sales Executive – Vehicle Loans

We are looking for Field Sales Executives who are hungry to perform, motivated, and ready to take ownership of dealership relationships. Relevant experience is good to have, but what matters most is your ability to visit dealerships, take initiative, and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with auto dealerships.
- Drive lead generation and explain loan products to customers.
- Assist customers in completing loan documentation.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.
- Track dealership visits daily and maintain CRM updates.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales (auto/financial products preferred, but not mandatory).
- Two-wheeler and smartphone are mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to meet monthly targets.
