1. Team Leadership and Development

  • Recruitment & Training: Hire, train, and mentor Field Sales Officers (FSOs) on product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, and customer service. Educate the team about gold loan products, terms, interest rates, and benefits.

  • Performance Management:Set clear sales targets, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback. Implement incentive programs to motivate high performers.

  • Conflict Resolution: Address team disputes and escalate complex customer issues to ensure resolution

  • Identify and target potential customers (individuals, small businesses, etc.) needing gold loans.

  • Plan & execute lead generation through through cold calling, referrals, local market visits, and community engagement.

  • Plan & execute marketing activities within 5 km radius of the branch

  • Travel extensively within assigned areas to monitor the team and do joint meetings with customers.

2. Process Adherence

  • Guide Sales Officers through the documentation processes (ID proof, address proof, etc.) and ensure compliance with KYC norms.

  • Ensure process adherence by the entire team and highlight discrepancies if any

3. Sales Targets and Business Growth

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for loan disbursements.

  • Expand the customer base in assigned territories through aggressive field sales activities.

  • Esure Gold loan sales officers productivity is in line with the organisation expectations at all times.

4. Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and customer acquisition metrics.

  • Report competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management.

  • Suggest improvements to loan products or processes based on field insights.
