We are hiring Team Leader - PHP and Angular for a leading IT concern in Madipakkam

A Team Leader with 7-10 years of experience leading PHP and Angular development teams would drive project delivery using Agile methodology, managing full SDLC with hands-on expertise in project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • *Team Management*: Lead PHP and Angular developers (few team members); foster collaboration.
  • *Agile Leadership*: Implement Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban); facilitate ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives.
  • *Project Delivery*: Ensure projects meet deadlines with quality; manage scope, timelines, resources.
  • *Full SDLC Oversight*: Involved in requirements, design, development, testing, deployment (full SDLC).
  • *Project Management Tools*: Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana for project tracking.
  • *Technical Guidance*: Provide technical direction to PHP and Angular teams.
  • *Stakeholder Communication*: Interface with stakeholders on project status, risks.
  • *Quality Assurance*: Drive quality through code reviews, testing practices.
  • *Risk Management*: Identify, mitigate project risks.

Requirements

  • *Experience*: 7-10 years leading software development teams; PHP and Angular tech exposure.
  • *Agile Expertise*: Proven Agile (Scrum/Kanban) implementation experience.
  • *Technical Skills*: Strong in PHP; Angular experience desirable.
  • *Project Management Tools*: Proficient in Jira, or similar (Trello, Asana).
  • *SDLC Knowledge*: Full SDLC understanding.
  • *Leadership*: Experience leading cross-functional teams.
