Minimum Qualifications required: -
- Job Title: - Business Development Manager/New Client Sales Manager
- Experience: - 7 to 10 Years [Should have experience of Staffing Industry & contract hiring]
- Notice Period: - Immediate or Max 15 Days preferred.
- Education Required: - Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation
- Work Location: - Hyderabad (Madhapur).
- Workdays: Monday to Friday.
Functional Area: New Sales/ Business Development - Client acquisition for Contract staffing
Role & Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for driving New Client Acquisition by development and implementation of the integrated strategy to meet the company's short-term and long-term objectives.
- You should be self-starter, someone who enjoys working in business development.
- Being able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment will allow you to excel in this role.
- You should have sound understanding of Client cold calling, lead generation, Negotiating and Closing deals.
- Identifying opportunities for fresh sales and new areas for development through detailed market research and prospecting.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring the pipeline is robust and meet the targets.
- Identify new opportunities in the untapped regions across India/domains.
- Proper coordination with the recruitment teams and relationship managers to generate quality results.
- Provide leadership to the non-clinical part of the business, identifying emerging trends and performance opportunities.
- Meet sales target consistently
- Expand the outreach activities and referral networks.
