Minimum Qualifications required: -

  • Job Title: - Business Development Manager/New Client Sales Manager
  • Experience: - 7 to 10 Years [Should have experience of Staffing Industry & contract hiring]
  • Notice Period: - Immediate or Max 15 Days preferred.
  • Education Required: - Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation
  • Work Location: - Hyderabad (Madhapur).
  • Workdays: Monday to Friday.

Functional Area: New Sales/ Business Development - Client acquisition for Contract staffing

Role & Responsibilities:

The role is responsible for driving New Client Acquisition by development and implementation of the integrated strategy to meet the company's short-term and long-term objectives.

  • You should be self-starter, someone who enjoys working in business development.
  • Being able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment will allow you to excel in this role.
  • You should have sound understanding of Client cold calling, lead generation, Negotiating and Closing deals.
  • Identifying opportunities for fresh sales and new areas for development through detailed market research and prospecting.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring the pipeline is robust and meet the targets.
  • Identify new opportunities in the untapped regions across India/domains.
  • Proper coordination with the recruitment teams and relationship managers to generate quality results.
  • Provide leadership to the non-clinical part of the business, identifying emerging trends and performance opportunities.
  • Meet sales target consistently
  • Expand the outreach activities and referral networks.
