We are looking for a
dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager
to drive growth in the
India domestic staffing market
. The ideal candidate will bring in new clients, manage existing accounts, lead a small delivery team, and be hands-on in sourcing profiles when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new clients across IT & Non-IT verticals for Contract, C2H, and Full-time hiring.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships ensuring consistent business growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve delivery and quality targets.
- Participate directly in sourcing and candidate submissions when needed.
- Handle end-to-end business development cycles including proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client delivery and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum
5 years of experience
in Business Development / Account Management in
staffing or talent acquisition
(India domestic market). - Proven record of client acquisition and account handling.
- Exposure to Middle East staffing or client management
preferred. - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on recruitment/sourcing experience is an added advantage.
