We are looking for a
dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager
to drive growth in the
India domestic staffing market
. The ideal candidate will bring in new clients, manage existing accounts, lead a small delivery team, and be hands-on in sourcing profiles when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new clients across IT & Non-IT verticals for Contract, C2H, and Full-time hiring.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships ensuring consistent business growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve delivery and quality targets.
  • Participate directly in sourcing and candidate submissions when needed.
  • Handle end-to-end business development cycles including proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client delivery and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in Business Development / Account Management in
    staffing or talent acquisition
    (India domestic market).
  • Proven record of client acquisition and account handling.
  • Exposure to Middle East staffing or client management
    preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on recruitment/sourcing experience is an added advantage.
