JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Sales Officer, Sr. Sales Officer

Experience: Minmum 1 - 2 years

Salary:- Fixed + Variable (max 25-30% hike over current CTC)

Locations: Kalyan, Bagalkot, Eluru, Karimnagar, Osmanabad, Godhra, North Goa, Hamirpur, Chittorgarh, Nadia, S 24 PGN (Kolkata), Shillong - Meghalaya

Responsibility:-

- Monthly sales and collection for decorative paints in the assigned territory.

- Identifying and appointing dealers and distributors for market penetration.

- Analyzing sales data, comparing with previous year performance, and implementing appropriate sales activities.

- Supporting dealers with training and ensuring smooth business relations.

- Building a strong dealer network to achieve aggressive sales targets.

- Monthly territory reports and competitor analysis.

- Ensuring product availability and profitability for dealers.

Candidate Profile:-

- Extensive traveling required, with local market knowledge.

- Strong communication skills and ambition to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in the paint industry preferred, with some allowance for candidates from consumer durables.

- Candidates from regional paint companies, are not preferred.

- Candidates present position should be on rolls.
