2. Prepare necessary paperwork & documentations.

3. Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

4. Maintain and update listings of available properties.

5. Promote sales through advertisements and calls.

6. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

7. Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies and lenders.

1. Proven Working Experience as Sales Person

2. MS Office

3. Strong Sales, negotiations & Communication skills

4. Sales Record Maintaining

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
