Business Development Executive

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and increase revenue and market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential new target markets.
- Lead Generation & Sales:
- Generate new sales leads by networking, contacting potential clients, and executing targeted outreach campaigns.
- Qualify leads and manage them through the sales pipeline, moving them from initial contact to closing deals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients and partners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Proposal & Presentation:
- Prepare customized business proposals, pitch decks, and pricing strategies for clients.
- Deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders to showcase products, services, and solutions.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and sales, to align strategies and drive overall business goals.
- Performance & Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales data to monitor performance, identify trends, and forecast future growth.
- Meet and exceed defined sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Market Representation:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build the company's brand and generate leads.
