Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and increase revenue and market share.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential new target markets.
  • Lead Generation & Sales:
  • Generate new sales leads by networking, contacting potential clients, and executing targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Qualify leads and manage them through the sales pipeline, moving them from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients and partners.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proposal & Presentation:
  • Prepare customized business proposals, pitch decks, and pricing strategies for clients.
  • Deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders to showcase products, services, and solutions.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and sales, to align strategies and drive overall business goals.
  • Performance & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze sales data to monitor performance, identify trends, and forecast future growth.
  • Meet and exceed defined sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Market Representation:
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build the company's brand and generate leads.
