Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager-CRM, located in New Delhi. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and segmenting the market to improve sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales teams, managing customer feedback, and overseeing project management to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze market trends
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective client and team interactions
  • Experience in Sales and Market Segmentation to develop targeted strategies
  • Project Management skills to ensure timely and satisfactory project delivery
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
