Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Territory Manager located in Pathanamthitta district, kerala. Zonal Territory Manager will oversee sales operations, drive business planning initiatives, and manage customer service strategies within the specified zone. Responsibilities also include ensuring seamless execution of sales targets, improving customer engagement, and contributing to organizational growth through effective management practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships, address queries, and manage operations effectively.
  • Proven expertise in Sales Operations and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Leadership skills and problem-solving abilities to manage teams and drive performance improvement.
  • Prior experience in Telecom, banking, financial services, or related sectors is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
