Role & responsibilities
- Be the frontline of growth: reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Perform deep market research to identify industries, decision-makers, and opportunities.
- Resonate with prospects through clear and strong English communication.
- Work closely with senior sales team members to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in tracking outreach and measure success metrics.
- Stay curious and bring back insights from calls and research to sharpen our sales playbook.
Preferred candidate profile
- 03 yrs of experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation (freshers welcome).
- Exceptional English communication skills, spoken and written.
- A natural researcher: you know how to find the right contacts, companies, and signals.
- Hunger to learn sales the modern way (tools, and data-driven outreach).
- High energy, self-motivation, and a growth mindset.
