Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Client Service Manager. The Client Service Manager will engage with clients to understand their requirements, coordinate marketing campaigns and project timelines, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing project deliverables, analyzing client feedback for continuous improvement, and providing proactive solutions for client needs. This role requires a focus on enhancing client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong client management and communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to oversee timelines, deliverables, and team coordination.
  • Understanding of marketing strategies, media planning, and campaign execution.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in client servicing or account management will be considered an advantage.
