GCC Pulse is an emerging storytelling media platform centered on the Global Capability Centers (GCC) ecosystem. Our mission is to bring the GCC community together by fostering communication, collaboration, and growth opportunities across the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vision

  • Collaborate with the founder to shape and drive the vision and growth of GCC Pulse.
  • Establish the platform as a thought leader and go-to resource for the GCC ecosystem.

Operational & Financial Contribution

  • Contribute to operational planning and execution for scaling the platform.
  • Willingness to invest financially, if required, to support the platform's growth.

Content Leadership

  • Define and execute a compelling editorial strategy tailored to the GCC, IT/BPM, and related industries.
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with the platform's mission.
  • Build and manage a team of writers, contributors, and freelancers.

Community Engagement

  • Build and nurture an active GCC community through meaningful interactions on online platforms, events, and discussions.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, influencers, and ecosystem players.

  • Manage and grow GCC Pulse's presence across LinkedIn, X, and other social platforms.

  • Industry Engagement

Requirements:

  • Experience
    : Minimum 12+ years in online media/ storytelling for IT/BPM/ GCC or startups.
  • Expertise
    : Strong knowledge of GCC trends, industry players, and content marketing.
  • Leadership
    : Proven experience managing teams, content operations, community engagement, and strategic initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset
    : Ability to think innovatively, work collaboratively, and contribute to the growth of a startup.
  • Investment Capability
    : Readiness to invest in the platform and contribute to its financial planning, if required.
