Dush is a pre-launch, B2C startup on a mission to solve a defining problem of our generation: digital distraction. We're not just another screen-time blocker; we're building a unique, personality-driven system to help people build a healthier relationship with technology. We are now looking for a founding partner to build it with us.

The Opportunity: Technical Co-founder

This isn't a typical 9-to-5 role; it's a call to build a company from the ground up as a true partner. As our first technical leader, you will be the architect of our entire product. You will have complete autonomy to choose the stack, define the engineering culture, and build the foundation of a brand that aims to create a global impact.

What You'll Do

  • Architect & Build:
    Own the technology vision, make foundational architectural decisions, and build our mobile application from the ground up.
  • Lead & Ship:
    Own and drive the product development lifecycle.
  • Partner & Strategize:
    Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO, contributing to the product roadmap, business strategy, and future fundraising efforts.
  • Grow & Mentor:
    Lay the groundwork for our engineering culture and be responsible for recruiting and leading our future technical team.

  • An Experienced 0-to-1 Builder:
    You have a proven track record of shipping mobile products from concept to launch. You thrive in the ambiguity and excitement of the earliest stages.
