Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Bengaluru for a Co-Founder (Backend & AI Infrastructure) with 5+ years of experience. The Co-Founder will lead the backend architecture and development of AI-native automation products. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems, while collaborating closely with frontend and AI/ML teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing backend systems using , Python, and TypeScript.
  • Building and maintaining APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) for AI and automation workflows.
  • Integrating with frontend applications , ) to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Setting up and managing databases (SQL, NoSQL, Vector DBs).
  • Deploying and optimizing AI/ML models in production environments.
  • Implementing DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Ensuring backend scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Contributing to product strategy, technical roadmap, and team leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in backend development and system architecture.
  • Strong expertise in , Python, and TypeScript.

  • Experience with databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
  • Strong understanding of APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and real-time systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Proficiency with DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML model serving frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, TorchServe, TensorFlow Serving).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, system optimization expertise, and architectural thinking.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership abilities and experience in fast-paced environments.
