About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven
Senior Associate /
Assistant Manager – Finance
to support and strengthen our Finance function. The role requires expertise in Indian accounting practices (UAE knowledge is an added advantage), strong understanding of compliance requirements, vendor and customer management, and the ability to drive financial efficiency across processes. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in AR/AP, audits, reconciliations, and financial planning, while also contributing to project- and employee-level profitability analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Accounting & Compliance
  2. Manage day-to-day accounting operations in line with Indian GAAP and compliance standards (UAE knowledge preferred).
  3. Ensure adherence to statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and other applicable regulations.
  4. Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits, ensuring timely closure.
  5. Accounts Payable & Receivable
  6. Oversee end-to-end vendor management, including onboarding, contracts, payments, and reconciliations.
  7. Manage customer billing, collections, and credit control to ensure healthy cash flow.
  8. Review and reconcile intercompany balances and cross-border transactions.
  9. Financial Planning & Analysis
  10. Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports for management review.
  11. Track and analyse project-level and employee-level profitability.
  12. Assist in preparing business models, cost analysis, and margin reviews to support strategic decision-making.
  13. Process Management & Controls
  14. Streamline processes for AR/AP, reconciliations, and fund management.
  15. Implement robust internal controls and SOPs for financial transactions.
  16. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between finance, operations, and business objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies

  1. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, compliances, and taxation.
  2. Exposure to UAE accounting, VAT, and compliance will be an advantage.
  3. Hands-on experience in AR/AP, vendor and customer management, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
  4. Strong analytical skills in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally/NetSuite or equivalent) and advanced MS Excel.

  1. MBA (Finance) with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
  2. Experience in managing audits, compliance, and vendor/customer relationships.
  3. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
