Key Requirements

  • Graduate (Mandatory)
  • Excellent command of English (Verbal Written)
  • Minimum 10 years of overall BPO experience
  • At least 1 year as an Operations Manager (on paper) in a voice process
  • Strong leadership, team management, and client handling skills

Role Overview:
Were seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our inbound voice process team. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering results in a high-volume BPO environment.
