**Introduction:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Operations Manager to lead our operational

initiatives across multiple training centers. This key role is vital for ensuring the smooth functioning of training processes, enhancing quality standards, and fostering partnerships that drive successful placements for our students. If you are passionate about optimizing operations and creating impactful learning experiences, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee and ensure the seamless execution of training processes across all centers
  • Conduct regular surveys and gather feedback from training centers to enhance program effectiveness and student satisfaction.
  • Implement and manage a quality check program to maintain high training standards across all centers.
  • Lead the Placement Team to track progress in student placements, ensuring effective communication and support throughout the process.
  • Develop and foster collaborations with flagship companies to create meaningful placement opportunities for students.
  • Plan and coordinate guest lecture visits, webinars, seminars enriching the training experience and networking opportunities for students.
  • Organize and execute digital hackathons and events across centers to drive engagement and innovation.
  • Organise Podcasts sessions of our CEO with Digital Marketing Leaders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continually advance and update the curriculum to align with industry trends and student needs.
  • Building workflows/apps to improve customer experience wherever required

**Required Skills:**

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an educational or training environment in digital marketing
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quality improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships and manage relationships with industry leaders.
  • Proficiency in event planning and execution, with a creative approach to student engagement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing curriculum development and the ability to adapt educational content to meet evolving industry demands.
