Role and Responsibilities: As a PMO (Project Management Officer), you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in the efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes
  • Managing project documentation, including project charters, requirements documents, and risk registers
  • Ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices

Candidate Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management or related roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Experience working with SAP FI/CO processes is desirable
  • Ability to think logically and approach problem-solving in a systematic manner
