Job Description

Job Description-

  • Experience in Project Management Office and MI reporting.
  • Understanding of end-to-end PMO tasks of an account and can deliver with minimal guidance.
  • Should be able to produce Process Documents and Process Flows of the assigned tasks in a presentable and self-understandable way.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office Tools including Power BI.
  • Expert knowledge of Forecasting, Actuals and Project Management Tools
  • Possess good analytical skills.
  • Can share pressure of other team members when needed.
  • Should be open to work in UK shifts and extend shifts whenever required.
  • Should be willing to undertake cross training in other areas of the team.
  • Ability to function under pressure, demonstrate discretion & perform under pressure and meet the delivery target.

Total Experience Expected: 03-07 years

Qualifications
  1. Graduate or Master's 
  2. Certifications: Not mandatory, however knowledge of Lean, ITIL, or project management tools & techniques is an advantage.
  3. Experience: Relevant work experience is preferred for PMO roles. Candidates with prior experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, or other related roles are preferred.
  4. Skills and Competencies: In addition to formal education, person should possess certain skills and competencies essential for the role, including excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, leadership capabilities, attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
