Role: PMO Executive
Location: Noida
Role Objective:
Support the seamless execution of HyperGrowth initiatives by coordinating projects, resources, and cross-functional teams. Ensure timely tracking, reporting, and alignment between operations, HR, finance, and leadership for efficient business delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and allocating resources for all HyperGrowth initiatives.
- Manage project trackers, dashboards, and performance reports to monitor progress and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Liaise with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to enable seamless onboarding and project execution.
- Prepare executive briefs, summaries, and documentation for leadership reviews and decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 2 to 4 years of experience in PMO, Operations, or Project Coordination.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, MS Project, or ClickUp, etc.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
