Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Type: Full-Time (Open to Both Male & Female Candidates)

Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, display ads, retargeting, and affiliate marketing.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Mixpanel, etc.).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance against KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Manage budgets efficiently and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to design high-performing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Budget management and ROI optimization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools & marketing automation platforms.
