About the Role:

TGL Co. is looking for a high-performing
Performance Marketing Manager
to drive scalable and profitable growth across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on, and has a proven track record of strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns with high monthly spends (₹1 Cr+).

This role demands a deep understanding of e-commerce performance channels across both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Campaign Management
    : Strategize, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon (India & Global), Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, Flipkart Minutes), and Walmart.
  • Media Planning & Budget Ownership
    : Handle monthly digital ad spends of ₹1 Crore+ with full accountability on ROI and profitability.
  • Scaling & Profitability
    : Identify growth opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining or improving
    ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
    and overall unit economics.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    : Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify insights, and create actionable plans.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
    : Work closely with content, creative, tech, marketplace, and analytics teams for execution and optimization.
  • Marketplace Performance Marketing
    : Coordinate with platform reps and internal stakeholders to scale on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
  • A/B Testing & Funnel Optimization
    : Run regular tests across creatives, targeting, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversions.
  • International Campaign Management
    : Experience in managing ads beyond India (Amazon Global, Meta International, etc.) is a strong plus.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital growth.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale monthly spends of ₹1 Cr or more profitably.
  • Strong command over ad platforms: Google, Meta, Amazon & Quick Commerce.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Amazon Ads Console, etc.)
  • Familiarity with tools like AI tools, BI tools, Excel/Sheets for reporting & dashboards.
  • E-commerce background or direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
