People Operations Executive (Hiring, HR, Accounts Coordination & Founder Support)
Starting Salary:
₹20,000/month (Growth assured with performance)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a
high-ownership People Operations Executive
who can manage hiring, culture, accounts coordination, documentation, and operational excellence across the organisation.
This is not a task-taking role — this is a
thinking + execution + leadership
role where you will work directly with founders and 2nd-line leaders to keep the company running smoothly across all fronts.
If you are someone who wants to learn real business operations, work closely with leadership, handle multiple functions, and grow rapidly — this role will give you unmatched exposure and career acceleration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Hiring & People Management
- Hire candidates based on
Role Task Sheets and Competency Attributes
for all departments.
- Source fresh candidates from
campus hiring, social media campaigns, employee referrals
.
- Source experienced candidates through
LinkedIn outreach & professional networks
.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates using structured data sheets, and assist founders in final decisions.
- Maintain candidate data, hiring decisions, competency sheets, and onboarding records.
- Track hiring efficiency and improve the recruitment cycle.
2. Meetings & Culture Management
- Organise and facilitate:
- Strategic Meetings
- Tactical Meetings
- Operational Meetings
- using evaluation formats and clearance steps.
- Facilitate
Monthly Culture Meetings
.
- Run the
Feedback Mechanism every 30 days
across all employees.
- Recommend hiring or firing decisions based on structured feedback data.
- Ensure company values and professional integrity are maintained across the office environment.
3. Employee Goal Tracking & Support
- Track employee goals weekly and help them align with company goals.
- Maintain performance dashboards and follow-up sheets.
- Assist team leaders in achieving their department targets.
4. Accounts & Book Keeping Coordination
(This does NOT require Tally experience — Zoho Books will be used)
- Maintain digital books for
credit, debit, sales, expenses, and purchases
.
- Reconcile the company bank accounts with Zoho Books entries.
- Maintain financial documents for both company and clients.
- Coordinate with the
CA and main accountant
to keep accounts clean and updated.
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and reporting goals of the company.
5. Legal Coordination
- Facilitate
weekly legal checks
with concerned consultants or internal teams.
- Ensure legal documents, compliances, and filings are updated.
- Track legal goals and follow up on pending tasks.
6. Documentation & Compliance
- Manage company and client documents
physically and digitally
.
- Maintain contracts, agreements, identity proofs, invoices, and compliance documents.
- Ensure documentation is always accurate, accessible, and organised.
7. Founder Support & PR Assistance
- Assist founders in
personal branding, shoots, PR activities, and content creation
.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain the
founder's social media calendar
.
- Manage shoot schedules, reminders, and deliverables with punctuality.
- Conduct weekly
mail audits
for founders to ensure no important message is missed.

- Hiring and People Managment:
- Hiring People based on Role Task and Competency Attribute List for Organisation, it can be hiring from multiple sources, If fresh candidates, Sources prefer: Campus, Social Media Campaigns and Employee Referral. If experienced candidate, cold outreach on different platforms like Linkedin.
- Taking the Interview Process and collect data to track efficiency of candidate as well as of the process
- Storing records, Role Task and Competence sheet of Employees
- Basis on Role Task and Competence clearance, Evaluate and facilitate Strategic Meetings, Tactical Meetings, Operation Meetings with help of 2nd Line of Leaders
- Facilitate Cultural Meeting ( one in a month ), Feedback Mechanism of Company (every 30 days ), evaluate Hiring and Firing ( according to feedback mechanism ).
- Office Maintenance and Integrity Maintenance
- Tracking and Helping Employees achieving their Goals considering the goals of company
- Accounts and Books of Company
- Maintaining Books of the Company, Credit and Debit both on Zoho Books ( Easy to Use not a tally ). This means you want Reconcile Bank with Sales, Expenses and Purchase
- Documents Keeping for Company and Clients ( Both Physically and Digitally )
- Achieving and Reporting about number in order to achieve Accuracy Goal, Compliance Goal and Reporting Goal of the Company
- Coordinate with CA and main accountant in order to keep books clean
- Giving MIS report (Format) to Director's Fortnightly
- Legal Checks
- Facilitate Regular Legal checks of company ( weekly ) and achieve legal goals of the company
- Social Media Shoots for Founder's
- Be part of marketing team to get PR of founders and their Social media
- Assist Founder's for regular shooting and ensuring timeline of Social media calendar accordingly.
- Mail audit weekly for Founder's mail if any mail is left.
