About the Role

We're looking for a
Tech Operations Executive
to join our growing team and support the implementation of small-scale software projects and technology-driven process improvements across our cafés and central operations.

The role is ideal for a
BCA graduate
who is passionate about applying technology to solve real business problems — from automating manual processes to improving data flow and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain small-scale software and automation tools across departments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for system integrations, feature rollouts, and troubleshooting.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives to streamline café and back-end operations.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and tech documentation.
  • Monitor system usage, identify improvement areas, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide training and basic tech support to internal teams for software tools and systems.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or related IT field.
  • Basic understanding of web tools, databases, and workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
