Job Description – Operations Executive

Company: UniCliff (E-Learning Platform)

Experience Required: 1–3 years

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: Noida

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to support daily business operations, ensure smooth course delivery, manage coordination between teams, and maintain high service standards for learners and trainers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with trainers, content teams, and learners to ensure smooth scheduling and course execution
  • Manage operations related to live classes, recorded sessions, enrollment, and student support
  • Monitor course progress, attendance, and delivery timelines
  • Maintain and update operational reports, trackers, dashboards, and documentation
  • Support onboarding of instructors, editors, and student batches
  • Handle operational queries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution
  • Assist in improving workflows and operational processes for better efficiency
  • Communicate requirements, feedback, and updates between stakeholders
  • Quality check course materials and ensure compliance with platform standards
  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management review

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1–3 years experience in operations, admin, project coordination, or e-learning industry preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace tools
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple courses/projects concurrently
