Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at our Vadodara GJ office. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, formulating and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role also includes supporting the recruitment process, assisting in talent management, and contributing to a positive workplace environment while aligning HR practices with the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Management, including talent acquisition and retention strategies
  • Strong knowledge of HR Operations and ability to manage HR processes effectively
  • Experience in handling Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the HR field is preferred but not mandatory
