Job Summary:

The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to build positive relationships across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Maintain HR records, employee data, and ensure confidentiality.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and drive company culture initiatives.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide HR support.
  • Support payroll processing and leave management systems.
  • Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal cycles.
  • Stay updated with labor laws and ensure HR compliance.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for talent retention and workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as an HR Specialist, HR Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS or ATS software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving attitude and team spirit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹35,945.44 per month
