Position – Human Resource Executive.

Location - Indore M.P.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.

· Preparing appointment letter, confirmation letter, relieving letter.

· Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

· Conduct employee on boarding.

· Administer compensation and benefit plans.

· Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

· Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

· Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.

· 1+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.

· Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
