Responsibilities

Role and Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory developments and policy changes that may impact the organization's operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent the organization in meetings, hearings, and discussions with external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the approval process for various projects, permits, and licenses.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to regulatory authorities.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on regulatory matters and compliance requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory trends to proactively address potential issues.
  • Manage a team of liaison officers and specialists to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements in all liaison activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's / Masters Degree in Any field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful liaison activities and government relations.
  • Proven experience in managing regulatory compliance and approvals.
