Help Desk Specialist

Job Summary
- Help Desk phone support of all Boxer and Stemmons employees for computer or telecom related issues.
 - Update and create documentation.
 - Recommend, direct, and implement network infrastructure improvements.
 - Oversee large projects that require managing the resources of the I.T. department.
 - Install appropriate software packages, operating systems, networking components, and office applications.
 - Assist in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users' requirements.
 - Provide updates, status and completion information to manager and/or users.
 - Administer all computer and phone systems.
 - Shift work including night shift

CCENT, CCNA, 2003/2008 Domain Administration, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN, 2003/2008 Server, XP Pro, Windows 7, Microsoft's Hyper-V, Cisco ASA, Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, HP hardware, Exchange, SQL, IIS, ForeFront, ISA, and VBScripts, Mitel phone System support
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Equivalent of a Bachelor's degree
 - 3 years of help desk support of U.S. personnel.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
