Job Summary

  • Help Desk phone support of all Boxer and Stemmons employees for computer or telecom related issues.
  • Update and create documentation.
  • Recommend, direct, and implement network infrastructure improvements.
  • Oversee large projects that require managing the resources of the I.T. department.
  • Install appropriate software packages, operating systems, networking components, and office applications.
  • Assist in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users' requirements.
  • Provide updates, status and completion information to manager and/or users.
  • Administer all computer and phone systems.
  • Shift work including night shift

Key Skills

CCENT, CCNA, 2003/2008 Domain Administration, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN, 2003/2008 Server, XP Pro, Windows 7, Microsoft's Hyper-V, Cisco ASA, Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, HP hardware, Exchange, SQL, IIS, ForeFront, ISA, and VBScripts, Mitel phone System support

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Equivalent of a Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of help desk support of U.S. personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
