Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, maintain, and manage quality-related documentation and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, export regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor and record quality control activities related to fisheries products.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure proper documentation flow.
  • Assist in audits, inspections, and certifications by providing accurate records.
  • Identify and report non-conformities and support corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Prior working knowledge/experience in the fisheries industry is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes and sound knowledge of documentation with EIA, MPEDA, FSSAI, BAP, BRC and other regulatory authorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

  • Experience in export/import documentation for fisheries or seafood like applying health certificate, preparing CFA, code list of the production.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, ISO, or other quality standards will be an added advantage.

Certifications:

  • HACCP Certification
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements ISO 22000, BRC, or SQF Certification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, EU, FSSAI, etc.)

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of seafood processing, handling, and preservation techniques.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, cold storage environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and quality management software/tools.
  • Familiarity with traceability systems in seafood supply chains.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,670.01 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
