Hiring for Deputy Manager Engineering Services (Railway Signaling)
Experience: 10+ Years
Domain: Railway Signaling and Communication Systems.
Fluency in kannada is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Railway Signaling Design TCAS (Train Collision Avoidance System): Lead the design and development of signaling systems for TCAS, ensuring compliance with Indian Railways standards and safety protocols.
Railway Signaling Design MSDAC (Multi-Section Digital Axle Counter): Prepare and validate signaling designs for MSDAC systems including block section layouts, wiring diagrams, and interface circuits.
Project Execution TCAS: Oversee end-to-end project execution of TCAS systems including site surveys, planning, resource allocation, installation supervision, and commissioning.
Estimation & Tendering TCAS and MSDAC: Prepare technical and commercial proposals for signaling tenders. Perform cost estimation, BoQ preparation, and risk analysis for large-scale railway projects.
Stakeholder Interaction: Liaise effectively with Railway officials (Zonal Railways, RDSO, CORE, etc.) for design approvals, site inspections, compliance audits, and project updates.
Additional Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD and railway signaling design tools.
Strong knowledge of IRPWM, Signal Engineering Manual, and relevant railway standards.
Team leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tender submissions under tight deadlines.
