Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Deputy Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with the manufacturing unit, developing operational strategies, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves handling administrative tasks, reporting, and providing technical support to the team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Operations Management, Team Leadership, and Project Coordination
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and AHU manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in technical reporting and administrative tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel as needed
  • Previous experience in the HVAC industry is an added advantage
